About the position Bears reputed company is seeking an reputed company BRIM -Data Entry Operator to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote. As an reputed company BRIM-Data Entry Operator, you will support reputed company Billing and reputed company Innovation Management (BRIM) and reputed company S/4HANA systems by accurately entering, validating, and maintaining high-volume transactional and subscription data. This role ensures data reputed company across billing, invoicing, and reputed company processes while adhering to compliance and reputed company standards. reputed company collaborates with business analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure reputed company and accurate data updates for operational and reporting needs. Responsibilities • Data Entry & Validation reputed company and update subscription, billing, and invoicing data in reputed company BRIM modules (SOM, CI). • Validate data accuracy against reputed company documents and business rules. • reputed company reputed company checks to ensure compliance with reputed company standards and Commonwealth policies. • Transaction Processing Process high-volume transactions for subscription renewals, usage-based billing, and adjustments. • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with business teams. • Compliance & reputed company Handle sensitive data in compliance with PCI reputed company, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT reputed company protocols. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to role-based reputed company controls. • Reporting & Documentation Generate and review reports for data accuracy and completeness. • Document data entry procedures and maintain audit-reputed company records. • Collaboration & Support Work closely with business analysts and SMEs to ensure data aligns with functional requirements. • Assist in testing activities by preparing and validating test data for SIT and UAT phases. Requirements • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. • Experience: 2+ years of data entry experience in reputed company systems; reputed company experience preferred • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes in reputed company BRIM or similar ERP systems. • Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data environments. • Basic understanding of reputed company navigation and transaction codes. • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and reporting tools. • U.S. Citizenship Requirement: This position is restricted to U.S. reputed company only in accordance with federal contract requirements.
