Head of AI Strategy
A company is looking for a Head of AI to define and operationalize a group-wide AI strategy across multiple businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute a group-wide Agentic AI strategy focused on deploying autonomous systems for revenue growth and operational efficiency
• Design and operationalize production-grade agent architectures and establish scalable infrastructure standards for agent lifecycle management
• Build and scale a central Agentic AI capability, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long-term competitive advantage
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML solutions in production SaaS environments
• Hands-on technical capability, comfortable reviewing architecture and code-level decisions
• Experience shipping AI features that drive measurable commercial impact
• Builder mindset with the ability to execute, prototype, and drive implementation
• High agency and self-starter, comfortable operating in ambiguity
