Intellectual Property Attorney – 100% Remote A mid‑sized intellectual property boutique is seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney to support its expanding IP prosecution and litigation practice. Candidates must be admitted to the patent bar and have at least two years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications; litigation experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A technical background in physics, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering is preferred. Familiarity with trademarks and copyrights is helpful but not required, and an existing book of business is welcome but not necessary. The role offers a diverse mix of intellectual property work across all IP areas, flexible work arrangements, and no requirement to relocate. The position includes a minimum billable expectation of 1,600 hours annually.
