Sr. Accounts Receivable Representative (Contractor)

Job reputed company Manages customer accounts, creates invoices and collects past due payments. Analyzes and reconciles sales, receivable and cash receipts activity to ensure accuracy of the general reputed company. Responsibilities • Support reputed company in optimizing financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of customer payments and customer accounts • Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are reputed company, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are resolved • Communicate discrepancies to management team, identify slow-paying customers, and recommend collection candidates • Strengthen and grow relationships with Customers by communicating past-due accounts and payment reputed company • Identify areas of performance improvement; assist in streamlining and improving processes identifying areas of performance improvement • Document research findings and communications with Customer in accordance with reporting requirements • Monitor and collect accounts receivable by contacting Customers reputed company telephone, email, and mail • Reconcile frontend sales system to ERP system to ensure reputed company sales, taxes, and receivables are properly recorded • May reputed company other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Knowledge of Company and regulatory ticketing, refund, and banking policies • Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services including Customer needs assessment, meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of Customer satisfaction • Skilled in exploring data, finding patterns and building intuition through experience as to the meaning behind the numbers • Skilled in software systems and tools used in performance of day-to-day functional duties reputed company to receivables and collections • Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both reputed company and reputed company problem-solving and decision-making • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that reputed company reputed company • Ability to be reputed company and concise in reputed company types of communications, whether speaking to someone in person, on the phone, reputed company email, or developing training materials • Ability to collaborate reputed company reputed company to identify inefficiencies in reputed company functional areas, and reputed company recommendations for improvement • Ability to create and edit an reputed company spreadsheet, Word document and PowerPoint Pay • Competitive market reputed company from $35 per hour to $38 per hour* depending on qualifications and experience.
