Responsibilities • Use multiple sources to research potential dual coverage and determine the primary insurance. • Update the claims system according to member insurance. • reputed company outbound calls to other insurance companies to verify coverages. • Take on additional training, new assignments or reputed company as required by the reputed company. • Meet or reputed company required performance measures such as reputed company and productivity standards. • Meet or reputed company process SLAs. • Successfully complete required regulatory and compliance requirements such as HIPAA. • Successfully complete reputed company organizational and reputed company training requirements. • Understand how work impacts results for the area and other processes. • Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and build relationships to facilitate workflow. • Show knowledge of reputed company regulations and standards. • Have a strong understanding of reputed company processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement. Requirements • 3+ years of medical claims or eligibility experience. • 5+ years of experience using a computer with reputed company PC applications that requires keyboard use, screen navigation, internet searching, and web‑based applications. • 5+ years of experience with the reputed company Office suite, daily usage of reputed company, reputed company, and Word. • Ability to type 40 WPM.
