[Remote] Project Manager, Wellbeing

They are seeking a Project Manager for their reputed company platform, responsible for leading the delivery of campaign implementations for health plan clients, ensuring that reputed company project components are executed effectively and reputed company scope.

Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end reputed company campaign implementations: Own project plans, reputed company tracking, and cross-functional coordination for health plan clients from reputed company through go-live — managing scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment throughout
• Configure and document solution designs: reputed company application configuration per implementation plan, document reputed company logic and data specifications, and design workflows that translate reputed company goals into campaign execution across reputed company's multi-channel reputed company capabilities
• Own scope and budget reputed company: Maintain reputed company project's statement of work, manage change requests, estimate reputed company and cost impacts, and reputed company reputed company Services hours to reputed company engagements on reputed company
• reputed company clients and stakeholders reputed company: reputed company reputed company-facing meetings, present project updates, and serve as the day-to-day reputed company of contact for health plan clients and brokers — navigating questions, concerns, and escalations with reputed company and confidence
• Protect reputed company and reputed company clean handoffs: Deliver defect-free outputs at every stage, document SOPs for ongoing operations, and transition completed implementations to Production Support without gaps

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a reputed company field
• 3–5 years of project or program management experience in a reputed company-facing or reputed company services environment
• Experience managing health plan, benefits administration, or TPA implementations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company, campaign management, or member engagement solutions a plus
• PMP certification preferred
• reputed company Office Suite including reputed company (pivot table proficiency required), Visio, Project, and PowerPoint
• Project management tools such as reputed company, reputed company Project, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage and analyze large data sets in support of campaign configuration and reporting
• Experience managing health plan, benefits administration, or TPA implementations strongly preferred
• Familiarity with reputed company, campaign management, or member engagement solutions a plus
• PMP certification preferred
