You'll be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and providing top-notch service to our customers. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves our restaurant feeling valued and satisfied * Take orders in the drive-thru, assemble orders, and deliver food to customers in a timely and efficient manner * Clean the dining room, including tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant * Process payments efficiently and accurately * Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food * Multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Work together as a team, assisting other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service * Align with arenaflex culture by balancing working hard and having fun * Take initiative and comply with company policies **Essential Qualifications** * Must be 16 years of age or older * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds * Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop * Ability to ascend or descend stairs * Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) * Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment * Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling * Certification in food safety and handling * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask * Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds * Ability to kneel, bend, twist or stoop * Ability to ascend or descend stairs * Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline) * Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time * Ability to work together as a team and assist other crew members in completion of tasks and assignments * Ability to take initiative and comply with company policies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
