Project Coordinator I - Part Time Contract - Remote but local to Quincy, MA or Salisbury NC

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain compliance with company policies and financial controls. Key Responsibilities Create and Process Purchase Orders: Generate and validate POs in the procurement system based on approved requisitions. Verify Accuracy: Ensure reputed company details such as pricing, quantities, vendor information, and delivery dates are correct. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Communicate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies or obtain missing information. reputed company and Monitor Orders: Maintain status updates on reputed company POs and follow up on pending approvals or deliveries. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
