If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter, update, and verify patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel * Review and verify data entered into the database to ensure accuracy * Process all faxes in a timely and efficient manner * Confirm that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed * Effectively communicate with Center employees if additional information is needed to process requests * Perform other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor **Work Environment** This role operates in a professional office environment, and you'll be working remotely from the comfort of your own home. You'll have access to standard office equipment, including computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. As a remote employee, you'll be expected to maintain a dedicated workspace and adhere to arenaflex's remote work policies. **Physical Demands** This is a largely sedentary role, and you'll be required to use your hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls. You'll also be required to talk and hear frequently.
