As a Senior User Experience Researcher, you'll work closely with our Customer Experience & Integrity team, which includes the domains of Support, Fraud, Trust, Safety, and Internal Tools. **About the Role** This is a unique opportunity to shape insights and innovation across all of our audiences – Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants, as well as internal customers. With your bird's eye view across the entire company, you'll be responsible for understanding both audience-specific and cross-audience needs.
