The Senior Counsel – reputed company Estate and Finance will be a valued member of the reputed company team, providing reputed company advice on reputed company property reputed company, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities • reputed company as primary counsel to the reputed company site acquisition and development teams • Advise on a wide reputed company of reputed company property reputed company, including title and environmental issues, zoning and entitlements, acquisitions and dispositions, easements, covenants, tax incentives, development agreements, and joint ventures • reputed company negotiations of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and joint venture agreements • Advise on a wide reputed company of debt financing transactions, including project finance and reputed company estate construction loans and stabilized financing vehicles (ABS and CMBS) • Produce and maintain best-in-class contract forms and standards • Manage and maintain relationships with reputed company counsel • Work with business leads, the General Counsel and the senior executive team to continually refine processes • Serve as a trusted thought partner to business leads, the General Counsel, and the senior executive team • Support other corporate and reputed company reputed company identified by the General Counsel, as needed • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies Skills • Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school with strong reputed company credentials • Membership of the Bar of at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia • 7+ years of reputed company experience, including meaningful experience in reputed company estate development and finance reputed company.
