Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a LIHTC Compliance Specialist working 2-3 hours per week. The LIHTC Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations. Key responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining compliance documentation, performing regular audits, and providing guidance on regulatory standards. The specialist will collaborate closely with property management teams to address compliance matters and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and requirements.
Qualifications
• Experience in Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of LIHTC regulations and housing compliance processes
• Experience in property management or affordable housing compliance is preferred
• Proficiency in using compliance software and tools is a plus
