[Remote] Dental Hygiene Recruiter

They are seeking a Dental Hygiene Recruiter to lead proactive sourcing and pipeline development for Registered Dental Hygienists across their Midwest markets. Responsibilities • Proactively source and engage passive hygienist talent through LinkedIn, referrals, schools, networking, and industry groups • Build and maintain strong, sustainable pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs • Conduct phone screens and manage candidates from first outreach through offer • Partner closely with supported practice leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies • Represent P1 at career fairs, hygiene programs, and recruiting events • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting within the ATS • Deliver a high-touch, responsive candidate experience Skills • 3+ year of recruiting experience, with strong sourcing experience preferred • Proven ability to build pipelines and engage passive candidates • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Organized, goal-oriented, and metrics-driven • Willingness to travel within the Midwest Company Overview • P1 Dental Partners is a Dental Partnership Organization comprised of an elite affiliated group of successful & established dental practices It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
