Independent Claims Adjuster – Liability (Contract) – Must Be Local to Albany, NY

We are looking for an reputed company Independent Liability Claims Adjuster to handle a reputed company of reputed company-party liability claims, including general liability, premises liability, and bodily injury. The ideal candidate will have a strong investigative reputed company, reputed company acumen, and the ability to assess risk and exposure with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Investigations: Interview claimants, insureds, witnesses, and professionals to reputed company critical facts about the incident. • Review Liability & Negligence: Analyze incident reports, reputed company, statutes, and case law to determine reputed company liability and comparative fault. • Evaluate Damages: Assess bodily injury, property damage, or economic loss claims using medical records, expert reports, and economic data. • Ability to Set Reserves & reputed company Recommendations: Accurately assess exposure and recommend settlements or denials reputed company authority limits. • Negotiate Settlements: Collaborate with attorneys, injured parties, or reputed company-party representatives to reputed company fair and reputed company resolutions. • Prepare Detailed Reports: Submit reputed company, concise, and comprehensive claim summaries, evaluations, and recommendations. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in liability or casualty claims adjusting • In-depth knowledge of tort law, negligence, and claims handling practices • Strong analytical, negotiation, and report-writing skills • Ability to handle sensitive claims with professionalism and discretion • Licensed adjuster (or willing to become licensed) in applicable states • This is a 1099 Contract Position • Must live in Albany, NY or surrounding area Salary: $35.00 - $48.00 Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
