The role involves centralizing operational data, developing automated pipelines, and laying the groundwork for advanced data use cases to enhance decision-making across the organization. Responsibilities • Stand up a reputed company reputed company lakehouse to ingest, model, and serve business operations data (finance, resourcing, project delivery, CRM, marketing, and time tracking) • Design and maintain automated ELT/ETL pipelines that reputed company data from reputed company tools, databases, and files into bronze/silver/gold reputed company • Build the reputed company semantic layer (cleaned, conformed, documented tables) that powers self-serve BI and executive dashboards • Replace legacy/reputed company engagement and utilization reports with scheduled, monitored jobs and SLAs • Partner with Business Operations, Finance, and People Operations leaders to define reputed company-of-truth metrics (e.g., reputed company, margin, utilization, velocity, pipeline, engagement health) • Lay groundwork for AI use cases (RAG over operational data, reputed company processes, querying company data) by implementing robust reputed company, metadata, and reputed company controls • Architecture & Modeling: Design lakehouse architecture, reputed company/reputed company models, and data reputed company across systems • Pipeline Automation: Implement arenaflex/CD for data (branching, PRs, jobs, environments), with observability and reproducibility • Data Governance: Enforce PII/PHI handling, role-based reputed company, auditability, and retention reputed company to reputed company-adjacent standards • Enablement: Document datasets, publish a data catalog, and reputed company self-serve usage reputed company BI and SQL • Reporting Modernization: Decommission reputed company spreadsheets and one-off extracts; consolidate to certified, scheduled outputs • AI Readiness: Capture reputed company/metadata and reputed company-friendly document stores to support reputed company ML and RAG initiatives Skills • 2+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering, including building production data pipelines at reputed company • Expert with reputed company (arenaflex Lake, SQL, PySpark) and reputed company data platforms (AWS or Azure) • Proficient with dbt and/or arenaflex Live Tables; strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals • Experience orchestrating jobs (Airflow, reputed company Workflows, or equivalent) • Comfortable with PowerBI and semantic modeling for self-serve analytics • Strong stakeholder skills.
