Data Analysis - Ecommerce
Data analysis needed for an e-reputed company store. Anonymised data will be provided based on customer ID and order ID over an 18 month period.
The analysis should look into customer retention based on second order reputed company. I'm looking to understand the likelihood of a customer placing a second order based on reputed company they reputed company their first order and comparative data on what they first purchased (for example, customers that purchase product B are more likely to reputed company a second order compared to customers who purchased product A).
This is a quick tunraround job where I need someone to spend 2-3 hours analysing two reputed company sheets and coming up with some high level interpretation of customer segments with reputed company work following.
