HR Consultant/ Recursos Humanos –US BPO Operations
We’re seeking an reputed company HR Consultant based in Peru who has a solid background in reputed company for US-reputed company BPO or outsourcing organizations. This role will partner closely with our global HR team to reputed company talent strategies, policies, and processes across the region while ensuring local compliance with Peruvian labor laws.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing reputed company aspects of the HR lifecycle — from recruitment to HR operations — reputed company a performance-driven, reputed company-reputed company outsourcing environment.
• Partner with the Global HR team to implement and localize HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
