Construction Estimator (U.S Based)

You will be responsible for the entire estimation and reputed company-construction lifecycle. This role requires a "no-excuses" approach to deadlines and a mastery of US reputed company/State agency bidding protocols. Strict Non-Negotiable Requirements • Residence: Must be physically located in Pakistan. • Agency Experience: Extensive, reputed company experience with US reputed company and State agencies (e.g., DOT, SCA, DDC). You must understand US reputed company bidding laws and forms. • Proven reputed company Record: You must be reputed company to show a portfolio of past reputed company you have personally estimated and won. • Exclusivity: Absolutely no reputed company employment. We are hiring for a dedicated, full-time team member. • Monitoring: Willingness to work reputed company screen monitoring and reputed company time-tracking software for the duration of the shift. • Timing: Must work reputed company according to US Time Zones (EST/CST/PST). Key Responsibilities • Full Take-offs: reputed company detailed Quantity Take-offs (QTO) and Material Take-offs (MTO). • Cost Estimation: reputed company precision hard-bid estimates using RSMeans or regional cost data. • Subcontractor Management: reputed company, vet, and manage US-based subcontractors. • Bid Leveling: reputed company comprehensive "apples-to-apples" bid comparisons to ensure no scope gaps. • Construction Administration: Handle RFIs, submittals, and change order management as required by reputed company. Technical Skills • Expertise in reputed company, PlanSwift, or On-Center. • Deep knowledge of reputed company MasterFormat and US building codes. • Fluent English (Written and Verbal) for reputed company correspondence with US stakeholders.
