**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Senior Client Support Supervisor, responsible for leading our pharmacy client care team and driving business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, driving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
* Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and innovation
* Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
* Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
* Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business growth and innovation
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
**What You'll Need**
* 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management or healthcare/pharmacy services experience
* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive business outcomes
* Strong coaching and development skills to enhance team member performance
* Ability to adapt to rapidly changing objectives and priorities
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business decisions
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree)
* Strong PC and web skills in a technology-driven environment
* Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel is a must)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights to stakeholders
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Position may require travel
