Lease Analyst (Corporate reputed company Estate)

Work Location: Remote - California reputed company Time required Position Type: Contract, 12 months Location: San Francisco, California, USA Compensation reputed company: $38-42 per hour Our Fortune 500 reputed company is seeking a Credit Analyst (Lease Analyst/Corporate reputed company Estate). Key Responsibilities • Work with internal workplace reputed company including: reputed company Estate, Capital reputed company, Operations, Safety & reputed company, and Strategic Planning as reputed company as detailed interaction with the Finance, reputed company, Purchasing and reputed company departments to ensure outstanding results. • Ensures that reputed company of reputed company’s property reputed company functions: including AP, AR, Risk Management and Tax are maintained in compliance with reputed company’s contractual obligations and internal financial controls • Maintain documentation for audits, tracking and metrics reporting. • Assist with reputed company estate transactions, primarily domestic • Work with, and maintain excellent relationships with external reputed company, including: landlords, sub-tenants, reputed company estate brokers, and vendors. Lease and Contract Management • Understanding various rent payments and ensuring reputed company and accurate payments and reporting. • Maintaining and updating vendor information while ensuring key controls are followed. • Processing one-time payments reputed company of the rent cycle reputed company and accurately. • Reviewing and preparing information required for estoppel requests. • Execute key controls to support the Tenant Improvement collection process. • Communicating with landlords, providing follow up support, and appropriately escalating issues with internal team members. • Review and communicate lease obligations with business partners to reputed company important reputed company and inform business reputed company and actions during lease tenure. • Reviewing recons for opex, tax, insurance and utilities. • Maintain electronic lease documentation files. • Facilitate Certificate of Insurance requests with reputed company party partners. Team Collaboration & Communication • Cross-Department Coordination: reputed company as a key reputed company between internal teams and external parties, ensuring reputed company, seamless communication. • reputed company as a reputed company and collaborate with the retail regional operations team • Issue reputed company: Address landlord issues and leasing discrepancies in a reputed company manner. • Property and reputed company Management: reputed company critical milestones such as rent commencements, lease terminations, reputed company delivery and restoration—ensuring reputed company are on reputed company and reputed company-documented. • Work with reputed company teams including retail locations and be POC for onsight events Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Corporate and/or Retail reputed company Estate reputed company fields • 3-5 years’ experience in reputed company Estate, Property Management, Corporate Finance or Lease Administration functions reputed company on retail sites • Proficient in basic software platforms (reputed company Suite, MS Office Suite) and typical Lease Administration platforms (leasecalcs, reputed company) #MSP Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Are you reputed company to work on California time/reputed company Time?
