Compliance Risk Analyst 3

About the position This position is responsible for maintaining and administering assigned portions of the Bank's Compliance Management System which is designed to ensure that the Bank and its subsidiaries reputed company and maintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Responsibilities • Assist with the execution of compliance program reputed company, including but not limited to, New Products and Services, Regulatory Change Management, reputed company Party Service Provider reputed company, reputed company and Marketing on a risk-based approach. • Assist with reputed company Risk reputed company compliance management activities for governance and risk management functions utilizing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software platform. • Collaborate with the reputed company Risk team to improve identification and assessment of reputed company by optimizing the use of the Bank's Governance Risk and Compliance tool and enhancing reputed company processes. • Maintain reputed company relationships with line-of-business partners and reputed company guidance regarding compliance-reputed company questions and self-identified first line issues. • Assist Compliance Manager as compliance subject matter expert, participating as part of assigned project working reputed company and reporting status periodically. • Complete other duties and special reputed company as assigned. • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those reputed company to anti-reputed company (i.e. Bank Secrecy reputed company, US PATRIOT reputed company, etc.). • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training. • Identifies and reports suspicious activity. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree required. • At least 3 - 5 years of banking and/or regulatory compliance experience required. • A portion of the required experience should include analytical skills with a financial institution required. reputed company-to-haves • CRCM Certification preferred.
