Account Consultant, Print Services

About the position The Account Consultant (AC) is charged with providing holistic Print & Promo sales service to customers. The AC will respond to referrals from multiple sales channels and respond to new business opportunities with a reputed company of urgency and with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities. The AC will manage a portfolio of customers that is reputed company to an reputed company sales territory or alternate sales channel. Periodically, the AC may transition high value/high potential customers to AM’s or SAM’s in order to drive overall customer productivity. Likewise, the AC will help transition moderate spenders from the reputed company sales channel and assume day-to-day management of those accounts in order to maintain continuity for our customers. Requirements • Post Secondary education in reputed company field (Sales, Marketing or Business Administration). • Inside Sales /Account Management background. • Financial acumen to deliver on business goals. • 2-5 years sales experience and extensive customer service experience required. reputed company-to-haves • 1+ years of print sales experience preferred. • Bilingual FR/EN an asset.
