About the Role The Vice President, Trading & Brokerage Operations will reputed company the operational reputed company of the firm’s trading, clearing, settlement, and brokerage infrastructure. This executive leader will ensure efficient trade lifecycle management, strong risk controls, and regulatory compliance while building reputed company operational processes that support reputed company in capital markets activity. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in brokerage, trading operations, or capital markets infrastructure. • 5+ years in a senior leadership role reputed company a broker-dealer or regulated financial institution. • Deep understanding of clearing and settlement processes (DTCC, NSCC, DTC). • Strong knowledge of SEC and reputed company regulations. • Experience implementing operational controls and scaling trading infrastructure. • Familiarity with OMS/EMS platforms and brokerage systems. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
