Role Overview As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will serve as a fiduciary delivering comprehensive planning and investment advice to high-net-worth households. You maintain ownership of your book while leveraging EliteGate’s platform and support. Responsibilities • Client Management: Build, manage, and grow long-term advisory relationships. • Investment Planning: Design portfolio strategies using traditional and alternative investments. • Holistic Planning: Use insurance (life, annuity, LTC) as part of risk and estate planning. • Practice Management: Utilize our technology, compliance oversight, and back-office resources. • Regulatory Compliance: Operate within RIA standards and state/federal regulations. Compensation & Earnings 1099 Independent Contractor • Payout: 65%–80% of gross revenue (based on AUM tier). • Annual Earnings: Typically $100K to $800K+ depending on existing book and new production. • Full book ownership: Advisors maintain control of their client relationships. Qualifications Required: • Proven success as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Manager. • An existing portable book of business. • Active Series 65, or qualifying designation (CFP®, CFA, etc.). • Strong planning and relationship-building skills. Preferred: • CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®, or similar advanced designation. • Experience advising HNW clients ($2M+). • Prior experience in an independent or fee-based environment.
