Web Designer / WooCommerce Developer Needed – Payment Removal & Email Invoicing
I am looking for an experienced WooCommerce web designer/developer to modify my existing website. The site currently has online payment processing enabled. I need to remove all payment processing and switch to an invoice-by-email / bank transfer workflow. Scope of Work Remove Online Payment Processing Disable/remove 1X payment gateway Ensure checkout still functions without collecting payment Prevent customers from being prompted to pay online Configure Invoice / Bank Transfer Workflow Set checkout to place orders without payment Automatically send order confirmation emails with: Clear instructions for bank transfer payment Bank details (to be provided) Order number and total amount due Ensure admin receives order notification emails User Experience Adjustments Update checkout messaging to clearly state: “Payment will be completed via bank transfer after invoicing” Confirm order status logic (e.g., “Pending Payment” or “On Hold”) Testing & QA Test checkout flow end-to-end Confirm emails are delivered correctly Ensure no broken payment-related elements remain Required Skills Strong experience with WooCommerce WordPress backend configuration WooCommerce email templates & order statuses Payment gateway removal / offline payment setup Attention to UX and clarity for customers Ability to make minor copy or layout improvements if needed Apply tot his job
