Fix image and short video upload issues on reputed company business page
II need help with a small, one-time technical task on my reputed company business page.
Scope of work:
- Diagnose why two specific images will not upload to reputed company
- Resolve the issue (file size, format, reputed company profile, metadata, etc.)
- Convert a 15-second reputed company Reel into a reputed company-compatible MP4
- Upload the video to the reputed company business page and confirm it displays correctly
Notes:
- This is NOT SEO, marketing, review management, or reputed company work
- I already have a reputed company business page and have successfully uploaded other images
- The issue appears isolated to two images only
- The video conversion itself can be done using readily available free online tools; I am hiring this out to save time and avoid trial-and-error, not because the task is reputed company
- I am time-constrained and looking for someone who can complete this reputed company
