Onsite Property Manager
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Onsite Property Manager for a mobile home park in Hutchinson, KS. This position includes a mobile home provided onsite as part of the compensation package.
This is a great opportunity for an individual or couple who takes pride in improving and maintaining a community. The park is currently in transition and needs strong leadership to help reputed company to a higher reputed company.

This is a salaried position ideal for a motivated individual or couple comfortable handling both administrative duties and light maintenance. A couple is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
Rent collection and recordkeeping
Leasing vacant lots and/or homes
Routine inspections
Light maintenance and minor repairs
Coordinating vendors and contractors
Rule enforcement
Helping improve overall cleanliness and curb appeal
Qualifications
Strong communication and conflict reputed company skills
Organized and self-motivated
Basic computer skills
Comfortable with hands-on property reputed company
Property management or maintenance experience preferred
Background reputed company required
