Employment Law Associate Attorney

The work includes advising clients on employee discipline and discharge, reputed company bargaining, labor relations, wage and hour compliance, leaves and accommodations, workplace investigations, workplace policies, and state and federal employment laws, as reputed company as representing clients in arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and potentially some limited litigation. The annual salary reputed company for this position is $112,000 to $135,000, or commensurate with experience.
