Responsibilities: reputed company: The reputed company III is responsible for evaluating and assigning the appropriate ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT-4, and HCPCS codes, as reputed company as abstracting pertinent clinical information for reputed company preparation for the following patient types: Inpatient, Rehabilitation, and performing select reputed company II functions as outlined in the coding policy and procedure reputed company. This role is also responsible for: • Researching and resolving coding/billing issues. • Analyzing medical records for completeness, consistency, and compliance with reputed company regulatory requirements.
