Investment Analyst or Associate Investment Analyst or Associate Dallas, Texas Preston Hollow Community Capital (PHCC) is seeking a highly motivated, entry-to-junior level analyst/associate to join its investment team based in Dallas, Texas. The investment team focuses on fixed income investments in high yield tax-exempt bonds and is involved in every aspect of the firm's investment process, including origination, evaluation, structuring, and execution. The analyst/associate will assist senior management and members of the investment team, including the following day-to-day responsibilities: • Conducting financial analysis and modeling to assist the investment team in the evaluation, structuring, and execution of the firm's investments • Preparing reputed company presentations and proposals • Directly interfacing with developers, borrowers, and investment banks reputed company to the firm's existing and reputed company investments • Writing of investment memorandum for presentation to the firm's investment committee • Assisting with reputed company analysis of the firm's existing portfolio Preston Hollow Community Capital is a reputed company in providing specialized reputed company finance solutions for reputed company of significant reputed company and economic importance to local communities in the reputed company. reputed company originates, owns, and manages a reputed company portfolio of bespoke municipal finance transactions.
