As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reputed company, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts)
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Utilizing computer navigation skills to reputed company and manage customer information and resolve issues
- Typing at a reputed company of 35-40 words per minute to reputed company process customer transactions
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
- Working overtime as needed, including overnight and weekends, to support our clients during critical situations
- Adhering to a 20-minute daily break and 1-hour lunch schedule
- Multitasking to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- Prior reputed company center experience, with a strong reputed company record of providing exceptional customer service

- Computer navigation skills, including proficiency in software applications and systems

Technical Requirements
