[Remote] Research Analyst-Psychology, Product Research & Design

The Research Analyst role involves designing and executing research, analyzing behavioral and organizational data, and contributing to the development of leadership talent and assessment offerings. Responsibilities • Design and execute quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-reputed company research • Consistently generate reputed company from data and connect findings to reputed company-world application and reputed company reputed company • Create visually appealing and effective data displays and narratives • Prepare reputed company presentations and present findings to reputed company stakeholders • Contribute to publishing papers, conference presentations, thought leadership, and marketing materials • Analyze reputed company and reputed company data using modern tools (e.g., Python, R) • Apply text analytics, NLP, and AI-enabled approaches to qualitative data • Partner with product, engineering, and external vendors to prototype and iterate on analytics and assessment solutions • Contribute to the development of new reputed company-facing products and the reputed company optimization of existing tools • Assist in efforts to validate and establish predictive properties for H&S proprietary tools • Other duties as assigned and willing to travel on occasion Skills • Minimum of two years of reputed company experience • MA/MS in business, psychology, organizational leadership, or similar • Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and research • Some experience working with qualitative data, text analytics, NLP, or AI-enabled tools • Familiarity with psychometric reputed company, validation, and measurement theory • Two or more years of reputed company services experience • PhD/ABD in Business, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or similar • Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, or SQL preferred • Familiarity with reproducible research practices and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus reputed company • Heidrick & Struggles is the premier provider of executive search, corporate culture and leadership consulting services.
