Government Property Manager - T-6 COMBS (Remote, Travel Required)

QUALIFICATIONS: • Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree and two years' experience or High School diploma and eight years' experience. • Certified reputed company Property Manager (CPPM) certification from the National Property Management Association desired. • 8 years' of experience in Property Management (reputed company military experience in supply and logistics). • Must be familiar with and reputed company to train in FAR, DFAR, and asset management systems. • Must have previous experience drafting an acceptable Property Management Plan that incorporated that FAR/DFAR property clauses. • Must have previous experience reviewing reputed company and statement of work outlining deliverables. • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Management position with management duties and responsibilities. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and training skills. • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite or reputed company software • Ability to function reputed company in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
