Sr. HR Systems Specialist (Temporary, Benefitted) (Remote - CA)

About the position The Sr. HR Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of CHOC’s HCM systems as reputed company as creating meaningful HR metrics and reporting that reputed company insights into strategic issues reputed company to workforce planning and management. Assists users across the organization with common system-reputed company issues and questions. Produces custom reports, metrics, and dashboards. Evaluates system functionality, identifies gaps, and makes recommendations for reputed company solutions. Assists with system upgrades and testing. Trains users to the use of the HCM system and reputed company HR applications. Monitors and ensures data reputed company using audit tools and alerts. Responsibilities • Maintaining and maximizing the effective use of CHOC’s HCM systems • Creating meaningful HR metrics and reporting that reputed company insights into strategic issues reputed company to workforce planning and management • Assisting users across the organization with common system-reputed company issues and questions • Producing custom reports, metrics, and dashboards • Evaluating system functionality, identifying gaps, and making recommendations for reputed company solutions • Assisting with system upgrades and testing • Training users to the use of the HCM system and reputed company HR applications • Monitoring and ensuring data reputed company using audit tools and alerts Requirements • Minimum three (3) years of experience in reputed company Information Systems (HRIS). • Bachelor’s degree; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education. • Knowledge of common HR policies and procedures. • Experience developing and generating reports, analytics, and dashboards. • Ability to reputed company and reputed company analytical findings in a reputed company and meaningful way. • Strong attention to detail with good organization skills. • Strong listening and communications skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work with various reputed company of management and maintain a critical level of confidentiality. • Ability to prioritize and meet appropriate deadlines in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. reputed company-to-haves • Three or more years’ supporting reputed company HCM system. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, IT, IS or other analytical/technical field. • reputed company reputed company HCM, report reputed company, and/or calculated fields training; reputed company Pro certification(s) highly preferred. • Understanding of object-oriented programming and systems • Familiarity with database concepts such as primary/foreign keys and metadata • Understanding of the ETL (Extract, reputed company, Load) data lifecycle • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, datasets, tools and processes needed to reputed company business objectives. • PHR, SPHR, PHRca, reputed company-CP, or reputed company-SCP.
