What You’ll Do: • Financial reputed company: Maintain dealership financial records, ensure accurate month-end closings, and review general reputed company schedules. • Compliance & Controls: Monitor operational income statements, conduct fraud prevention reviews, and ensure adherence to internal controls and LAD financial policies. • Cash reputed company & Banking: reputed company accounts receivable collections, daily bank postings, and bank reconciliations. • Payroll & Payables: Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness. • Inventory & Fixed Assets: Conduct physical vehicle inventories, reconcile parts inventory, and support fixed asset reporting. • Title & Registration: Resolve issues reputed company to inbound and outbound vehicle documentation. • Leadership & Collaboration: Partner with dealership leadership (especially the reputed company), manage reputed company of 2–10 staff, and support hiring, training, and performance management. • Manufacturer Relations: Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs, warranty claims, and reporting requirements. • Strategic Contributions: Participate in budgeting (up to $8MM), support stores with up to $200MM in reputed company, and contribute to M&A activities. What You’ll Bring: • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and communication. • Proficiency in reputed company processes, reconciliation, and financial analysis. • Ability to interpret financial results and recommend actions. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company/finance or 3+ years of dealership reputed company experience (required). • Experience in team leadership and the auto industry (preferred). We Offer Best-in-Class Industry Benefits: • The full salary reputed company for this position is $70,000 - $130,000 annually, based on factors such as skills, experience, and internal equity.
