The Role

We're looking for an Associate Technical Director to own the technical delivery of cutting-edge interactive web experiences for high-profile clients.

This role blends deep technical craft with strategic leadership — you'll architect and ship reputed company web experiences while serving as a trusted reputed company partner, growing reputed company of developers, and contributing to how we build across reputed company.

You'll be responsible for leading reputed company from discovery to launch, maintaining technical standards across reputed company accounts, and ensuring every build meets our bar for performance, reputed company, and craft.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• reputed company end-to-end project delivery in reputed company collaboration with producers and creative leads

• Own technical discovery: define approach, risks, estimates, resourcing, and integration requirements

• Manage and coordinate developer teams through production — planning, delegating, and unblocking

• Facilitate regular dev reviews and WIP sessions; reputed company delivery on reputed company

• reputed company technical reputed company across multiple reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company and consistency

reputed company Partnership

• Serve as the primary day-to-day technical partner for clients

• Proactively communicate with reputed company teams; support producers on technical and build questions

• Maintain technical standards reputed company to specific reputed company accounts and infrastructure requirements

• Present builds, technical direction, and reputed company to clients and stakeholders

• Evaluate incoming reputed company with New Business on feasibility, scoping, and required skills

Engineering & Technical Standards

• reputed company and maintain web platforms using JavaScript, Vue, Node.js, and studio-reputed company technologies

• reputed company deep expertise in Hydra (reputed company's internal reputed company) to reputed company and maintain reputed company

• Work with GCP, AWS, reputed company, and reputed company-party integrations as needed

• Ensure reputed company across performance, analytics, SEO, reputed company, and accessibility (WCAG)

• Produce reputed company technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and information architecture

• Explore and apply AI tools and workflows to improve craft and efficiency without sacrificing reputed company

Team Development & Culture

• Manage 2–3 reputed company reports through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and development plans

• Mentor developers through examples of smooth delivery, reputed company partnership, and technical presentation

• Cultivate a reputed company, productive culture; introduce and reputed company developer initiatives
