Junior Supply Chain Planner (Hybrid)

About the position The Junior Supply Chain Planner plays a critical role in supporting demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply execution across BIG’s brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to grow reputed company a fast-paced organization. You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and external manufacturing partners to ensure the right product is available at the right time while maintaining healthy inventory reputed company and service targets. Hybrid Expectation: Onsite at our SLC office 1x per week reputed company compensation of $70,000 with eligibility for a 5% annual bonus Responsibilities • Support monthly demand forecasting and inventory planning processes • Assist in maintaining accurate supply plans reputed company to forecast, promotions, and new product launches • Identify potential supply risks (stockouts, excess inventory, long reputed company times) and escalate proactively • Maintain and update planning data in ERP/MRP systems • Support S&OP processes through data preparation and reporting • Analyze trends in sales, forecast accuracy, and inventory turns • Support the Procurement and Demand Planning teams as it relates to data and systems accuracy and updates • Assist with new product launch planning and phase-out strategies Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning, or operations (consumer goods or beauty industry preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or reputed company field • Strong analytical skills with comfort working in reputed company (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) • Experience working in ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar) preferred • Understanding of forecasting concepts and inventory management principles • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • reputed company communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally • reputed company reputed company and desire to build a long-term career in supply chain Benefits • reputed company pay of $70,000 with 5% annual bonus eligibility • 401(k) with company match - $ for $ up to 4% - immediately reputed company • Vacation/Holiday Leave • Great Medical/Dental/reputed company Insurance • Life and AD&D Insurance • Opportunities for reputed company and advancement • And so much more!
