Senior Growth Designer / Landing Page Designer

Responsibilities • Landing Page Design & Execution • Design, build, and iterate on paid landing pages across multiple formats: long-form sales pages, offer pages, listicles, advertorials, quizzes, and hybrid PDPs. • Translate direct-response principles and growth ideas into polished, conversion-focused experiences. • Ensure every page blends premium brand feel with high-converting performance marketing design. • Conversion-Centered Design: Apply conversion psychology (urgency, scarcity, risk reversal, price anchoring, testimonials, guarantees, etc.) to maximize impact. • Structure pages with storytelling flow: problem → agitation → solution → proof → offer → CTA. • Balance performance-driven design with brand-building trust and credibility. • Experimentation & CRO: Rapidly design multiple variations for A/B testing, knowing that speed of testing = speed of growth.
