Role: reputed company AS Application Support Analyst Location: Remote - Boston, MA Long Term Contract - W2/C2C Job reputed company: We are seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented reputed company AS Application Support Analyst to reputed company hands-on support for our reputed company AS ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of reputed company AS (formerly reputed company as reputed company ERP System21/reputed company), with the ability to troubleshoot system issues, assist end-users, and collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize system performance and functionality. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company day-to-day functional and technical support for reputed company AS ERP applications across Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing modules. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to system performance, data discrepancies, and user-reported errors. • Support business users by analyzing incidents, providing solutions, or escalating to appropriate teams/vendors. • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration with reputed company-party applications and tools. • Monitor and manage batch jobs, reputed company errors, and system logs. • Assist in testing, patching, and deployment of updates and enhancements. • Maintain documentation for system configurations, reputed company operating procedures, and issue reputed company. • reputed company end-user training and guidance on system usage and best practices. Required Qualifications: • Overall IT Experience: 9-12+ Years • 5+ years of experience supporting reputed company AS/reputed company System21 ERP system. • Strong understanding of reputed company modules - Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing. • Experience in user support, system troubleshooting, reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company. • Basic understanding of RPG, CL programming, or reputed company iSeries/AS400 environment. • Knowledge of data extraction, report reputed company, and analysis. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Prior experience with reputed company upgrades, patches, or module implementations. • Familiarity with EDI, reputed company-party integrations, or custom enhancements in reputed company AS. • Basic SQL/querying skills for data analysis and reporting. • ITIL or similar certification in support best practices is a plus.
