Certified Diabetes Educator, Bilingual – West Region
Job Description:
• Provide education about specific diabetes treatments, and resources to help patients better manage their diabetes
• Participate in one-on-one communications with enrolled patients via telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS following program guidelines
• Build relationships with customers and cross-functional partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ year as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
• Complete understanding and application of principles, practices, and standards in diabetes care directly with patients
• Must reside in country where the job is posted.
