US Tax Accountant for Corporate and Delaware State Tax Filing
We are seeking a skilled US Tax Accountant with experience in filing corporation taxes and state taxes specifically for Delaware. This role involves preparing and submitting tax returns for two companies owned by a foreign person. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable reputed company tax laws and have a proven reputed company record of working with international clients. Timeliness and accuracy are crucial, as reputed company as excellent communication skills to ensure compliance and address any potential issues. They also need to know the correct documents to file for foreign company owners at both state and federal level.
Finally we have an issue with Delaware franchisee tax which has been filed incorrectly, we have spoken to the state and need advise on how to file amendments, so need to consult with a tax advisor, create the correct documents to be notarised and then file with the state of Delaware.
