Position Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting the Education and Training team at CLSI and ensuring the seamless operation, administration, and enhancement of CLSI’s educational technology platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), digital credentialing tools, and webinar delivery systems. By managing day‑to‑day workflows, maintaining high‑quality learner support, and driving process improvements, this position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional educational experience. The position will also support data reporting, accreditation compliance, scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration, contributing to the strategic growth and operational excellence of CLSI’s educational offering.
Responsibilities
Webinar Production Lead
• Manage production logistics for webinars including scheduling, coordinating day‑of details, organizing speaker planning and preparation meetings, and providing on‑call support for speakers and presenters.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and LMS webinar production partner, scheduling and providing logistics information, content support, and communicating important timelines.
• Serve as the CLSI representative on webinars, providing support to speakers and answering CLSI‑specific webinar questions.
• Review presentations from CLSI’s marketing team, education contributors, and Education Program Manager for style, brand, and theme consistency.
• Manage webinar project timelines using Smartsheet.
• Report registration, attendance, engagement, and post‑webinar metrics to internal and external partners.
• Edit videos from webinars for on‑demand education.
Learning Management System (LMS) Operations and Support
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations and performance of the LMS to ensure a smooth and seamless learner experience.
• Build and maintain education webinars and courses within the LMS.
• Provide ongoing customer support to learners using the LMS, liaising with CLSI’s Customer Service Team.
• Identify education process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and enhancements.
• Request and coordinate technical support from LMS support team as needed.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or system issues to CLSI IT and the LMS vendor.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to provide education product details for website product listings and promotional marketing.
• Generate reports on program registration, user progress, course completion, and credit hours.
• Stay up‑to‑date on best practices in e‑learning and LMS administration.
Managing Digital Badging and Certificate Platform
• Oversee the day‑to‑day operations within the Accredible digital badging and certificate platform.
• Set up new badges and certificates for education programs.
• Provide ongoing customer support to learners with certificate or digital badge issues, liaising with CLSI’s Customer Service Team.
• Create reports on digital credential views, shares, and other engagement metrics.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or system issues to CLSI IT and Accredible.
Surveys and Reporting
• Program and manage user administration for CLSI‑issued customer surveys (education and other product/user experience content).
• Support business teams with reports and analytics as needed.
• P.A.C.E. Accreditation Reporting.
• Assist the Education Program Manager with collecting data for quarterly P.A.C.E. reports.
• Work with the Education Program Manager to submit education programs for P.A.C.E. accreditation including coordinating program materials and access, speaker information, quiz information, and survey reporting.
Support the administration and scaling of CLSI’s commercial training programs
• Serve as initial point of contact fielding inbound training inquiries from the website to collect and verify/document user needs and interests.
• Coordinate with training and education teams to facilitate business case evaluation, including assisting with needs assessment research and surveys.
• Organize train‑the‑trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.

Expected Outcomes
This role ensures the smooth operation and continual enhancement of CLSI’s educational technology platforms, such as the LMS, digital credentialing tools, and webinar systems by managing daily workflows, delivering prompt learner support, and driving process improvements in the program offerings. Success in this role includes maintaining high platform stability, resolving inquiries efficiently, optimizing learner experience through resources and automation, supporting accreditation and reporting needs with accuracy, and collaborating cross‑functionally to support strategic education initiatives and organizational growth.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge
• In‑depth understanding of e‑learning technologies and webinar production workflows.
• Familiarity with education delivery platforms and office and project management tools (e.g., LMS, Accredible, Smartsheet, Qualtrics, DOMO).
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and virtual collaboration best practices.
• Awareness of current trends and emerging best practices in instructional technology, adult learning, and user experience.
Skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities.
• High attention to detail in maintaining standardized content, logistics coordination, and data management.
• Proficient in analyzing workflows and using data to guide process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
