Virtual Assistant (ServSuite Experience Required) – Pest Control Industry (Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Assistant with ServSuite experience to support a growing pest control company. This is a specialized role, and hands-on experience with ServSuite is strongly preferred.
If you’ve worked in the pest control industry and understand the backend operations — billing, routing, scheduling, payroll — this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for supporting daily operations, including:
• Accounts Receivable (A/R) management
• Payroll processing assistance
• Technician scheduling
• Routing optimization
• General administrative support
• Data entry and CRM updates
• Coordinating with field technicians and office staff
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience using ServSuite (Pest Control Software)
• Previous experience in the pest control industry (strongly preferred)
• Experience handling A/R and payroll support
• Experience with scheduling and routing technicians
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work during US business hours
Technical Requirements:
• Windows 10 or newer
• Dual monitors preferred
• Noise-canceling headset
• Webcam
• Reliable high-speed internet (with backup)
• Quiet workspace
