We love working together, we love what we do, and we re excited about what s ahead. br> br> strong>About The Role br> br> /strong>We are seeking an Associate Portfolio Manager who thrives at the intersection of DeFi Yield investing and portfolio construction. Reporting to the Lead Portfolio Manager, you will research and underwrite DeFi yield strategies and assist with day-to-day DeFi portfolio operations. In addition, you will partner on crypto FoF risk and analytics, to turn data into decisions. br> br> strong>Primary Responsibilities br> br> /strong> ul> li>DeFi Strategy: /li> li> /li> ul> li>Proactively source, evaluate, and diligence DeFi yield opportunities (money markets, LPing/Uniswap v3, basis/funding captures, vaults, RWAs). /li> li>Conduct comprehensive protocol underwriting to establish investment theses. Define robust risk criteria, implement firm-wide position limits, and articulate clear, actionable exit paths for all deployed capital. /li> li>Utilize analytical tools to track the performance of DeFi positions, perform return reconciliation, and conduct detailed attribution analysis to understand strategy contribution and drive optimization. /li> li>Build and maintain operating playbooks and risk guardrails for DeFi activities (venue whitelist, oracle/MEV checks, health/LTV, signer policies, incident response). /li> li>Manage day-to-day DeFi operations including continuous collateral monitoring, rebalancing, hedging, and alerts. /li> /ul> li>Fund of Fund Strategy: /li> li> /li> ul> li>Assist the Lead Portfolio Manager with ongoing research and structured diligence for a crypto FoF portfolio, including qualitative and quantitative assessment of strategy, performance and risk profiles. /li> li>Perform in-depth risk analytics and reporting across the entire portfolio, including both direct DeFi positions and FoF allocations. Using data to inform allocation decisions, stress -test various scenarios, and maintain overall portfolio balance. /li> li>Take a lead role in drafting clear, concise and professional Investment Committee (IC) -ready memos.
