The Coding Manager is responsible for supervision of the HIM Coders and CDI staff to ensure productivity, collaboration and adherence to goals and compliance. Strong knowledge of coding guidelines (ICD10 CMS/PCS, CPT MS‑DRG) and regulatory requirements.
