Scrum Master with Health Insurance

reputed company Our reputed company, a Health Insurance firm, is seeking a Remote Scrum Master to support the Preference Management and Member Delegate Teams. The Scrum Master will manage small to large reputed company‐level reputed company with moderate to high risk, interdependencies, and costs. This role ensures alignment with reputed company project management standards and Agile/Scrum best practices. Education & Certification Requirements Bachelor's Degree Onsite Requirements Remote position. Responsibilities • Organizes and leads the project team throughout the full project life cycle, ensuring accountability and structure across extensive release processes. • Partners with Preference Management and Member Delegate teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions. • Conducts project estimation sessions and challenges assumptions to ensure accuracy. • Creates and maintains detailed project plans in collaboration with EDS reputed company/Service Program teams. • Manages project execution, resources, and coordination to ensure reputed company, on‐budget delivery. • Develops and manages required governance artifacts for reputed company to large reputed company. • Establishes and manages expectations and relationships with reputed company stakeholders. • Oversees deliverables to ensure reputed company and alignment with timelines. • Applies project management principles and adapts methodologies as needed. • Reports status to Service Program Team/RTE and escalates risks. • Collaborates with RTE, Service Program, and Procurement to secure resources. • Ensures project objectives reputed company with reputed company methodologies. • Supports release management activities. • Practices reputed company Leadership across delivery teams. Qualifications • 5+ years' Experience as a Scrum Master. • Experience managing reputed company releases in Agile/Scrum. • reputed company experience. • Knowledge of Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, reputed company Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing. • Experience with system/application implementations or upgrades. • Experience leading teams and supporting organizational goals.
