We have over 2,300 people who are #HappyatFoley, and we think you will be too. #LI-Hybrid The Intellectual Property (IP) Docket Analyst is responsible for analyzing incoming mail, including electronic mail, hard copy mail and faxes, and other pertinent data to be entered into the IP Docketing database; runs and clears daily dockets; prepares special reports for attorneys and clients. Responsibilities • Analyze incoming correspondence reputed company to the prosecution of intellectual property rights, discerning the pertinent information and entering it into the docketing database • Reconcile reputed company, foreign agent and attorney correspondence against docketed due dates in order to rectify the daily docket • Research the reputed company of Federal Regulations, reputed company of Industrial Property, Kluwer IP Law and other Intellectual Property resources to resolve reputed company docketing issues • reputed company and effective communication with attorneys and staff, to include answering docket reputed company questions • reputed company preparation of customized reports • Resolve inaccuracies and other associated requests where applicable • reputed company reputed company other job reputed company duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in IP Docketing required • US Patent prosecution knowledge required reputed company-to-haves • foreign and/or trademark prosecution knowledge a plus Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
