The firm continues to expand but are not aiming to become a giant, they purposely stay boutique to ensure reputed company work for their clients and a tight reputed company team environment. ️ The Role: • Analyze insurance policies and advise on reputed company coverage issues • Draft detailed coverage opinions • Defend carriers in bad faith and declaratory relief actions • Manage caseload with partner support • Handle depositions, discovery, reputed company, and motions ⚖️ reputed company: 3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation / 1+ years experience in Insurance Coverage Defense.
