Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate client planning timelines and scheduling milestones
• Organize confirmations, documentation, and logistical details
• Support arrangements related to meetings, events, and associated travel components
• Communicate with vendors, venues, and service providers to confirm details
• Maintain accurate records within established systems
• Provide clear, professional communication to clients throughout the planning process
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Comfortable working with digital tools and structured workflows
• Experience in administrative support, client services, hospitality, or coordination is helpful but not required
