Position reputed company This hybrid role (two in-office days, three remote) provides administrative support for student enrollment. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for a reputed company of daily tasks, including answering phones and emails, corresponding with families and other school districts regarding enrollment, greeting visitors, supporting administrators, and performing other duties as assigned. Responsibilities • Assist families through the application process and address general program questions • Evaluate and verify documents submitted in the Enrollment Portal to ensure accuracy and compliance with enrollment requirements • Assist families, school districts, and county reputed company Workers with enrollment-reputed company inquiries • Send outgoing requests for records to schools for enrolling reputed company • Monitor enrollment flag reports and collaborate with Assistant Principals to proactively resolve issues impacting student enrollment • Partner with school reputed company Workers to streamline the enrollment process for families who qualify for McKinney-Vento services • Manage communication with reputed company regarding technology fulfillment and ensure laptops are shipped promptly to new families • reputed company student data into the state reporting system • Assist administration with a wide reputed company of special reputed company • Answer phones and greet guests • Other duties as assigned Note: The anticipated starting salary for Minnesota-based individuals expressing interest in this position begins at $16.50 per hour.
